Location: Davayé, in the Saône-et-Loire departement of France (Bourgogne Region).
Built: 17th century.
Condition: In good condition.
Ownership / Access: Privately owned and not open to the public.
Notes: Château de Chevignes is located in the municipality of Davayé in Saône-et-Loire, in slope flank. The present building dates from the mid seventeenth century [ref. necessary]. The façade is preceded by a terrace, includes, at both ends, the front building low-Advanced. In the center, a support-body wrought iron balcony is connected to the terrace by a median. Part of the chapel wall remains in the south wall of the south wing joint. The castle is privately owned and not open to visitors.
