Notes: The Château de Dampierre is a French chateau classic style located in a valley, against the Chevreuse Valley in the town of Dampierre-en-Yvelines in the department of Yvelines and the region Île-de-France . Built in the last quarter of the seventeenth century by Jules Hardouin-Mansard, on the orders of the Duke of Chevreuse, Charles Honoré d'Albert, Colbert's son, is located in a park designed by Le Nôtre. Castle Dampierre, stayed where kings Louis XIV and Louis XV, is owned by the family of Albert de Luynes since 1663, which also owns the castle in Luynes Indre-et-Loire. The castle is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since May 30, 1928.
