Location: Thons, in the Vosges departement of France (Lorraine Region).
Built: 1603/1604.
Condition: In good condition.

Notes: Château des Thons is a castle of the seventeenth century Town Thons southwest of the Vosges department in Lorraine, near the Saone. It remains today as the left half. The other half was dismantled in the early twentieth century and rebuilt in the United States. The original Château des Thons, it remains only the left wing and the left side of the central body. The building continues to decay in the search can be a generous patron to restore it. You can see also the largest circular dovecote Vosges. The castle is currently subject to any registration or classification as historical monuments.
