Notes: Château du Coudray-Salbart is a French castle of the thirteenth century in the commune of Échiré, in Deux-Sèvres. Since 2000, it is the agglomeration of Niortais community that owns and has entrusted the cultural and tourism management to the Friends of Coudray-Salbart. The architecture is amazing and has never been rebuilt. This castle has such stunning laps to spur almond. Since 2005, volunteers were replaced by teams of professionals which validates the work of these and opens a new life in the castle. 2005 - 2007 The tower of the Portal and the Eastern Front now crystallized. The architectural discoveries. 2008 - 2009 The Great Tower is now restored and crystallized. 2011 - Start of the Tour du Bois Berthier restoration. 2012 - End of the restoration works of the Tour de Bois Berthier. 2014 - Start of restoration work on the Tower Mill. The ruins of the castle Coudray-Salbart were classified historic monument November 24, 1952 and the ground on which they rise May 31, 1954.
