Location: Barneville-Carteret, in the Manche departement of France (Basse-Normandie Region).
Built: 1360.
Condition: Partly ruined.
Ownership / Access: Currently owned by Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Pezet.
Notes: Graffard Manor is a former fortress from the Middle Ages, which is situated on the town of Barneville-Carteret in Cotentin, in the department of Manche Basse-Normandie region. The mansion is the subject of a partial inscription as historical monuments by order of 16 June 1995. Only the house, including the ruined part with vaults of edges and rustic door, and decorative elements scattered the courtyard ; facades and roofs common, including closing walls, turrets and porch; vegetable garden and its enclosing walls are enrolled.
