He is fully converted to organic farming since 2007 and produces Beaujolais blanc, Pouilly-Fuissé, Beaujolais-Villages and Beaujolais-Leynes Crémant de Bourgogne. Since 2000, the vineyards of Château de Lavernette are operated by the twelfth and thirteenth generations of winemakers. The estate covers an area of 11.77 ha.
