Notes: La Tour du Bost is located on the town of Charmoy in Saône-et-Loire, on the eastern tip of a promontory overlooking a small pool of deep canyons. The tower is the subject of a classification as historical monuments since November 1997. The tower is under restoration since 1992. The tower site, located entirely inside a private property, is not open to the public only for specific dates and times (summer opening for example) or by appointment for groups and schools.
