Notes: Palais du Gouverneur de Metz, formerly known as General-Kommando is a residence built in Metz, between 1902 and 1905 to serve as a foot-to-earth to the Emperor William II. It is located at square Giraud southwestern district of Metz-Centre, but remains historically linked to the Imperial district further east. It is registered in the inventory of historical monuments since 1975.
